Terms of Service
The terms governing use of the managed GrowthMax service.
The service
GrowthMax helps Brand Workspaces capture, analyze, organize, and retrieve authorized social creative. You remain responsible for the content you submit, the accounts you monitor, and how you use generated analysis.
Accounts and Credits
Access is limited to an authorized managed account. Usage Credits gate new costly Provider and model actions; exact duplicates, cache hits, and safe retries do not spend another Credit. There are no automatic overage charges in this MVP.
Your responsibilities
Keep account access secure, provide accurate information, respect third-party rights and platform terms, and do not use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.
Availability and changes
We may update the service to improve security, reliability, or functionality. Material changes to these terms require a new version and renewed acknowledgement where required.
