How GrowthMax handles account, Workspace, content, and service data.
Data we process
We process account identifiers, Workspace settings, submitted Notes, authorized social content, generated analysis, job records, and support information needed to provide the service.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate members, deliver requested analysis and retrieval, operate Credits, secure the product, and respond to support requests. Private content is excluded from product analytics.
Service providers
Managed processing may use Clerk, Convex, ScrapeCreators, Gemini, Cloudflare, and PostHog according to the capabilities enabled for the deployment. Access is limited to the purpose of delivering the service.
Choices and deletion
Optional product analytics is off unless you consent and can be changed later. Workspace deletion and export controls will follow the product retention and deletion runbook before production release.
